Job Description

- Job Responsibilities :
- Manage the required logistics for training activities including venues and equipment.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers.
- Coordinate off-site training activities for all employees.
- Print the required certificates for conducted training courses.
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
- Prepares all the administrative work related to the training calendar.
- Ensure proper course communication and follow-up.
- Update the database of trainees on a regular basis and keep records for all trainees.
- Keep reports for all training delivered and submit them on a monthly basis the training delivery report.
- Ensure that all related training tools are available during the session, as well as the coffee breaks, lunches, and transportation.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the training academy as well as managing the required staff and administrative material.
- Manage the cleaning clerk of the academy, and make sure that set standards are applied by the concerned person.

- Job Requirements :
- BA, in business or equivalent .
- Good Command of English .
- Expert in Microsoft applications.
