- Job Description :

- Follows up on the changes in legislation and regulation related directly or indirectly to the company activity.
- Drafts legal opinions and legal research.
- Conducts legal research in different fields of the law and communicating with other functions to amend contracts and agreements.
- Drafts bilingual contracts, agreements any legal documents, etc….
- Answers all departments’ requests regarding any legal issues.
- Revises and manage various types of agreements and terms and conditions for different transactions including but not limited to management agreements, lease agreements, sale and purchase agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, partnership agreements, legal settlement agreements, and service agreements.
- Deals with official authorities.
- Fills and keeps the original sales and purchase contracts.
- Fills and keeps the legal department documents.

- Job Requirements :

- BS Degree in Law.
- 4-7 years of experience.
- Very Good command of both English and Arabic.
- Previous experience in industries company is preferred.
- Nice command in Microsoft office and email applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The candidate should not have his/her own attorney office (to avoid Conflict of Interest).
- We are located in 5th Settlement.
- Working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, 2 days off Friday and Saturday.
