- Qualifications : -
- Graduate of the Faculty of Law English / French Department.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply for a 3-months internship (suitable candidates will become a part of our team upon successful completion of the internship).
- Job Description : -
1- Formulating and negotiating all types of contracts and agreements in English and Arabic.
2- Drafting documents and preparation of meetings of the Board and its committees.
3- Conduct legal research.
4- Daily follow up with our consultants/lawyers abroad for legal advice/ instructions.
5- Coordinating with internal departments.
6- Drafting, reviewing, printing, and archiving contracts.
7- Assisting department heads in any/ all assigned administrative tasks.
8- Updating litigation reports.
- Job Requirements : -
- Resident of Alexandria, proximity to San Stefano is preferable.
- Males preferred.
