IT Help Desk job at MetLife Egypt
- Job Purpose :
IT help desk onsite needed for daily Incidents, Requests, to fulfil employees IT related support issues.
- Job Description :
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat or email.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Follow up with employees to ensure complete resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure solutions.
- Install, format and maintain desktop and laptop computers.
- Dealing on daily bases on service now ticketing system.
- Distinguishes between Incidents and Service Requests (Tasks) and complete requests within SLA.
- Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology/ computer sciences.
- Fluent command of English is a Must.
- 3+ years of experience providing level 1 or above help desk support in IT operations.
- Supports current desktop environment including Windows 10 -11, Office O365, password resets, desktop issues, VPN support.
- Must have a good knowledge of SCCM deployment cycle ITIL is +.
