- Years of Experience: 2 -3 years in a similar field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering.
- Language: English is a must.
- Computer: They must also possess adept knowledge of the following: Trouble Ticketing Systems, Monitoring Tools, Network Protocols, LAN/WAN knowledge, TCP/IP, Internet/Browsers, Excel, Access, Outlook, and MS Exchange.
- MCSA and CCNA are preferred.
