Hiring an administrative assistant at Fitra Group
- Job Description & Responsibilities :
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings & taking minutes.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
- Write and distribute email, memos, letters, and forms.
- Develop and maintain computer & manual filing system.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Provide information by answering questions and requests.
- Carry out administrative duties such as typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel reservations.
- Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff.
- Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries.
- Conduct data entry.
- Qualifications and skills :
- Having a bachelor's degree in any related field is a must.
- 1-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or any relevant position.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- V. good command of English.
- Willing to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with CRM Solutions & Microsoft tools.
- Package: Basic Salary.
- 2 days off.
