- Duties :
The Office manager Must have follow-up skills and deliver the tasks at a time manner to be the key point of contact with external and internal, will be responsible for managing the executive's office and coordinating meetings.
- Duties and Responsibilities :
- Coordinating with other departments for activities and operations reports.
- Attending meetings and keeping minutes on meetings and following up on action items.
- Assist the CEO in managing various projects, including tracking progress, coordinating resources, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Produce and analyze reports and presentations for executives.
- Provides executive and administrative support to the CEO.
- Following up with managers regarding any Tasks assigned by the CE.
- Maintain confidentiality in all communications and interactions.
- Conduct research and gather information to support the CEO's decision-making process.
- Business development and their related market research and market development plan.
- Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant office manager or secretary.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel- Word- Powerpoint ).
- Familiarity with CRM.
- Excellent at Communication skill.
- Can prioritize tasks and deliver the task on time needed under pressure.
- Reporting skills.
- Has a can-do attitude.
