- Job responsibilities :
1. Collect COD from the delivery courier every day.
2. Collect individual passenger freight+material cost from the receiving courier every day.
3. Send the COD and parts collection form to the agent area finance every day.
4. Deposit the cash received yesterday in the bank every day.
5. Add quotations such as freight, return fee and COD handling fee in the JMS system.
6. Check COD and handling charges with VIP customers.
7. Calculate the freight and COD charges of VIP customers, and conduct internal COD approval.
8. Send a balance confirmation email to the customer after approval.
9. Regularly submit the details of the use of petty cash in outlets.
10. Regularly count the cash and send the report (counting sheet+journal+cash receipt+bank deposit slip) to the agent area finance.
- Job Qualifications :
1. 20-30 years old, bachelor degree of commerce.
2. Previously worked as a teller and was in contact with cash and checks.
3. At least one year working experience as a cashier.
4. Good English and Excel skills.
