- Job Description :
- Support all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance, and build a strong relationship with them.
- Maintaining personnel records for each employee.
-Maintain the employee files/ database system.
- Handle employees' insurance procedures by delivering insurance checks to Insurance Authority and preparing Forms 1,2 and 6.
- Conducts employees’ Exit interview & clearance form procedures.
- Follow up probation periods to proceed with termination if required.
- Reviewing the company policies and ensuring the employees' commitment to the policies.
- Job Requirements :
- At least 1 year of experience.
