Hiring Accountant at ECCA Group
- Job Duties :
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Assist in the processing of balance sheet, income statement and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
- Assist of reviewing Expense, payroll records. Etc as assigned.
- Update financial data in database to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly report.
- Assist in preparation of monthly/yearly closing.
- Review and submit internal invoice.
- Create payment report & Receivable report.
- A/P and A/R Knowledge
- Record bank transaction and make any reconciliations needed.
- Maintain that company GL is updated and accurate.
- Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting.
- Excellent in English is a plus.
- At Least 2-3 Years experience in General Accounting.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Communication skill (written, Verbal).
- Males or Female.
- Experience With ERP System.
- Location: 6 October.
- Working hours: From 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Working Days: Sunday : Thursday.
