Head of HR job at LG Egypt
- Responsibilities :
- Oversees the full scope of human resources, Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant.
- Liaise with area managers to develop and implement local HR strategies that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organization's overall HR strategy.
- Evaluate the organization's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs.
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of HR professionals to ensure the HR strategy is implemented effectively, within budgets, and complies with all regulations, laws and employment standards.
- Nurture a positive working environment in alignment with corporate culture.
- Ensure the timely fulfillment of all regional and corporate requirements/reports.
- Maintain a succession plan for all departments. Involvement in all redundancy consultations.
- Managing employee compensation strategy; Ensure payroll is completed accurately and to deadline. Review all staff salaries, benefits and make recommendations for pay rises in consultation with dept. heads.
Working in an electronic industry would be preferred.

- Job Specification :
- 12+ years of experience including at least 5 years HR Management in a multinational environment.
- Fluent English Language.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Hands on Electronic HR Systems.
